Success stories wanted

Hello,

I just wanted to ask anyone who has had success after having fertility treatment to please post their stories.

I have many moments when I think does this treatment really work for anyone? Therefore I would like to hear the real positive stories. It seems as though family and friends all have the story of the friend of a friend who tried for years and finally got pregnant (that friend of a friend sure gets pregnant a lot!). However going through fertility treatment myself I often need to find hope from someone else who has also travelled the same path as I am and who has made it to the finish line.

I haven't started anything yet. I'm still in the beginning stages. I'm waiting for my cylcel to start. I've been thinking the same thing. Are there any success stories. Everyting I've been hearing is complete let down. It make me think it won't work for me either. I'm not sure if thats the right mind set I should have but it's very frustrating hearing all the negative stories.

Hi Ladies, I've just read this and thought I would reply to keep your spirits up.
I'm currently 38 wks pregnant after my 2nd ICSI attempt and really enjoying my pregnancy. I fully understand how you must be feeling - the rollercoaster ride that you are currently on, my God it's hard to keep positive sometimes but please keep going it will work for you when the time is right. I know that you must of heard this a thousand times but KEEP POSITIVE as the last thing that you want is to waste energy (not the get up and go type)on negative thoughts. I also recommend acupuncture, I did a course on my 2nd attempt and found that it really helped me to stay focused throughout the treatment and especially the 2 wk wait before you can test. Try and not read too many negative stories either (that sounds a bit harsh but it really can drag you down).

Hi Ladies
Didn't want to read and run!!! I am currenty 11weeks pregnant following our first round of IUI Treatment in November with Injections of fertility drugs too,
We had been Trying to concieve for 7 long long heartbreaking years with 3MC's in that time. I was diagnosed with PCOS and had some very mild Endometriosis removed during a Laparoscopy and Dye test. It is a Major Rollercoater of emotions when TTC whether trying naturally or with assistance and can make you doubt that it will ever happen and turn your world upside down and inside out. I never thought that our IUI would work 1st time and had geared myself up for disappointment again!I am still very Nervous that everything will work out this time.....I am due another scan on friday 8/01/10 so can't wait for that to come around so that We know all is still well in there. All I can say is try and stay positive and it will happen!!!!! I never used accupuncture but know alot of ladies who have.....I truely hope you get you well deserved BFP'S and am sending a truck load of sticky Baby Dust your way along with a bit of PMA to help you along Good Luck and it will be your turn I never thought mine turn would come Keep Your Chin up and your spirit's High!!!!!!
